Communication with Parents

Reporting to Parents

Bakers Hill Primary School has several means of reporting to parents. 

For 2022 the following reporting procedures will be used:

Years Kindergarten to Year 6
Term 1 – Teacher/Parent meeting and interviews as required.
Term 2 – End of semester formal written report
Term 4 – End of semester formal written report

Parent Interviews

Parents are encouraged to arrange interviews with the Principal or Class Teacher if they have a problem or matter for discussion. 

An appointment must be made directly with the teacher or through the office so the appropriate amount of time can be set aside for the meeting. School personnel may ask for interviews with parents to discuss student’s progress, behaviour or placement at school.
